Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a deburring tool removing a burr generated in a hole of a workpiece during drilling. In the deburring tool according to the present invention, a long bar-shaped leaf spring (20) is inserted into a hollow portion (11) of a tool main body (10), a mounting hole (12) is formed perpendicularly to the hollow portion (11) in the outer peripheral surface of the tool main body (10), and a deburring insert (30) is inserted into the mounting hole (12). The lower end of the leaf spring (20) is inserted into a coupling groove (31) of the deburring insert (30). A first bolt hole (13) and a second bolt hole (14) are formed perpendicularly to the hollow portion (11) in the outer peripheral surface of the tool main body (10). The second bolt hole (14) is disposed between the first bolt hole (13) and the mounting hole (12). The first bolt hole (13) and the second bolt hole (14) are formed in opposite directions with respect to the leaf spring (20). A fixing bolt (40) is fastened to the first bolt hole (13) so as to press and fix the leaf spring (20) disposed in the hollow portion (11). An adjusting bolt (50) is fastened to the second bolt hole (14) such that the amount of protrusion (S2) of the deburring insert (30) is determined in accordance with the degree of pushing of the leaf spring (20). 본 발명은 드릴 가공시 공작물의 구멍에 발생하는 버(burr)를 제거하는 디버링 툴에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 디버링 툴은 공구 본체(10)의 중공부(11)에 긴 막대 형태의 판스프링(20)이 끼워지고, 공구 본체(10)의 외주면에 중공부(11)와 수직하게 장착구멍(12)이 형성되고, 장착구멍(12)에 디버링 인서트(30)가 끼워져 판스프링(20)의 하단이 디버링 인서트(30)의 결합홈(31)에 끼워지고, 중공부(11)에 수직하게 공구 본체(10)의 외주면에 제 1 볼트구멍(13)과 제 2 볼트구멍(14)이 형성되고, 제 2 볼트구멍(14)이 제 1 볼트구멍(13)과 장착구멍(12) 사이에 배치되며, 판스프링(20)을 중심으로 제 1 볼트구멍(13)과 제 2 볼트구멍(14)이 서로 반대방향으로 형성되고, 제 1 볼트구멍(13)에 고정볼트(40)가 체결되어 중공부(11)에 배치된 판스프링(20)을 압착 고정하게 되고, 제 2 볼트구멍(14)에 조절볼트(50)가 체결되어 판스프링(20)을 미는 정도에 따라 디버링 인서트(30)의 돌출량(S2)이 결정되는 것이다.
