Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an automatic continuous manufacturing system of a trap. An automatic continuous manufacturing system of a trap comprises: a driving unit (1); and first and second trap manufacturing devices (10) which are installed of several at the side surface of the driving unit (1) and manufactures a trap framework. The first and second trap manufacturing devices (10) includes: a tetragonal shape of table (11); a circular groove (12) which is formed at the table (11); a circular axis (13) which is installed at the center of the circular groove (12) and rotates; and a driving axis (14) which is connected to one side top part of the circular axis (13) and rotates by receiving a driving force of a driving unit (1). The present invention performs a process of wire drawing and cutting work by automation. The purpose of the present invention is to complete the process in a process of a turntable, a straight line, and an automatic transfer, and to remarkably reduce time and costs of a trial run at the same time. Additionally, costs of maintenance and operation is reduced and an amount of engineering is remarkably reduced during an entire lifespan of an automatic continuous manufacturing system of a trap, and thus manufacturing costs is reduced. Materials with irregular length need to be continuously provided in spot welding and a transfer when automatically and continuously manufacturing a trap. Since a T.BUTT transfer and a shearing process are applied, manufacturing by automation capable of distinguish small, medium, and large sizes which meet standard requirements when manufacturing a trap is easy. A transfer by automation and a banding process are grafted on a frame banding of a trap and product completion, and thus automation in all processes is completed. Moreover, manpower which is needed in a manual process is efficiently rearranged. As a result, an output is maximized and costs can be reduced.
본 발명은 통발 자동 연속 제작 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 구동부(1)와, 상기 구동부(1)의 측면에 다수개 설치되어 원형 통발골조를 제작하는 제1 및 제2 통발 제작장치(10)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하고, 상기 제1 및 제2 통발 제작장치(10)는 사각형상의 테이블(11)과, 상기 테이블(11)에 형성된 원형홈(12)과, 상기 원형홈(12)의 중앙에 설치되어 회전하는 원형축(13)과, 상기 원형축(13)의 일측 상부에 연결되어 구동부(1)의 동력을 받아 회전시키는 구동축(14)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다. 이와 같은 본 발명은 신선 및 절단 작업 공정을 자동화로 수행함에 있어 턴테이블, 직선, 자동이송 공정에서의 완료를 목적으로 하며, 동 시간대 시운전 시간과 비용을 현저히 줄이는데 목적으로 하고 있고, 또한 통발 자동 연속 제작 시스템의 전체 수명 동안에 유지보수 및 조작 비용을 줄이면서 엔지니어링량을 현저하게 줄임으로써 생산비용이 감소된다. 통발 자동 연속 제작에 스팟용접 및 이송에 있어 불규칙한 길이의 부재가 연속적으로 공급이 필요로 하며, 이를 T.BUTT |
