Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a turbine clutch used in a steam turbine generator such as a thermal power plant, a nuclear power plant, and the like, to diagnose failure of the turbine clutch and to inspect the turbine clutch for checking whether power transmission is completely controlled between the generator and a turbine. The present invention comprises: a fixing means for fixing an input side and an output side of a steam turbine clutch rotationally, respectively; an operating means operated by a speed reducer and a motor so as to drive the input side and the output side of the clutch separately; and a control means for grasping and controlling operation and operating states of the clutch. 화력발전소, 원자력발전소등 증기터빈발전기에서 사용하는 터빈 클러치가 발전기와 터빈 사이에서 동력전달이 완벽하게 제어되는지의 동작유무를 확인하기 위한 터빈 클러치의 고장 진단 및 그 검사방법에 관한 것이다.
