AUTO WITHDRAWAL DEVICE FOR PAPER CUP

The present invention relates to an automatic withdrawal device for a paper cup that is spread out when being used, and the automatic withdrawal device according to the present invention includes: a paper cup receiving device configured such that paper unused cups are stacked and positioned on the paper cup receiving device while receiving a pressing force toward an upper side; a roller disposed to contact an uppermost paper cup of the stacked paper cups and configured to roll in a specific direction to push the paper cup in contact with the roller in one direction; a driving unit including a motor, a power transmission device, and a switch and configured to rotate the roller at a specific RPM through manipulation of the switch; and a housing formed to accommodate the paper cup receiving device, the roller, and the driving device, and the paper cup receiving device includes an expandable resin having an elasticity from the lower side and a support plate on which the paper cups stacked on an upper surface of the expandable resin are positioned, the paper cups are disposed on the upper side of the paper cup receiving device stacked between the roller and the support plate while the roller faces the support plate, a withdrawal hole, through which the paper cups are withdrawn, is formed in the housing on the upper side of the paper cup receiving device, and the support plate is inclined such that a side of the support plate, which faces the withdrawal hole, faces upwards. 본 발명은 사용시에 펼쳐서 사용하는 종이컵의 자동 인출 장치에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 자동 인출 장치는, 사용 전의 종이컵이 상단을 향하여 가압력을 받는 상태로 적층되어 놓이도록 구성되는 종이컵 수납 기구; 적층된 종이컵 중의 최상단의 종이컵과 접촉한 상태로 배치되고 일정 방향으로 회전하여 접촉하는 종이컵을 일 방향으로 미는 로울러; 모터, 동력전달기구 및 스위치를 포함하여 구성되어 스위치의 조작에 의해 로울러가 일정 회전수 회전하게 가동하는 구동부; 종이컵 수납 기구, 로울러 및 구동부를 수용하도록 형성되는 하우징을 포함하고, 종이컵 수납 기구는 하부로부터 탄성을 갖는 발포 수지, 발포 수지의 상면에 놓여서 적층되는 종이컵이 놓이는 지지판을 포함하고, 종이컵 수납 기구의 상측에는 로울러가 지지판과 대향하여 지지판과의 사이에 적층된 종이컵을 놓이도록 배치되고, 하우징에서 종이컵 수납 기구의 상측으로는 종이컵이 인출되는 인출구가 형성되며, 지지판은 인출구를 향하는 쪽이 위쪽으로 향하도록 경사지게 배치되는 것이다.
