DEVICES OF INSPECTING FILMS PATTERNING DEVICES HAVING THE SAME AND METHODS OF INSPECTING FILMS

A film inspection device comprises a transfer roller, an inspection vision unit, and an error determination unit. The transfer roller transfers a film in which a pattern is formed by irradiation of a laser beam in a first direction. The inspection vision unit has a plurality of capturing pixels arranged in the first direction, and generates a capturing image by capturing the film while moving in a second direction crossing the first direction at right angles.
