MANUFACTURING MEHTOD OF INTERIOR MATERIALS AND INTERIOR MATERIALS

The present invention relates to methods of manufacturing an automobile interior material, and the automobile interior material manufactured by the methods. An objective of an embodiment of the present invention is to provide methods of manufacturing the automobile interior material, the methods which realize excellent production efficiency and excellent curved surface formability at the same time. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: press molding natural wood, a sheet-shaped or film-shaped adhesive, and a dimensional stability reinforcing material which are sequentially stacked up at one time to form an upper molded product with multilayered structure in which the natural wood, the sheet-shaped or film-shaped adhesive, and the dimensional stability reinforcing material are laminated; performing a cutting process on the upper molded product by using at least one selected from the group consisting of an ultrasonic cutter, a punching machine, a laser device and a combination thereof; and integrating a lower molded product with the upper molded product while forming the lower molded product on a bottom portion of the cutting process-performed upper molded product by using insert injection molding. Furthermore, the method of the present invention comprises the steps of: forming the lower molded product by an injection molding method; separately and sequentially stacking up the natural wood, the sheet-shaped or film-shaped adhesive, and the dimensional stability reinforcing material, and cutting the stacked-up natural wood, the sheet-shaped or film-shaped adhesive, and the dimensional stability reinforcing material by using at least one selected from the group consisting of the ultrasonic cutter, the punching machine, the laser device and the combination thereof to accurately cut materials forming the upper molded product; and applying adhesive onto the lower molded product, sequentially stacking up the accurately cut materials forming the upper molded product on the adhesive-applied lower molded product, applying a pressure to the accurately cut materials by using a press molding process, thereby integrating the upper molded product with the lower molded product. 순차적으로 쌓여진 천연 목재, 시트상 또는 필름상의 접착제, 및 치수 안정 보강재를 한번에 프레스 성형하여 천연 목재층, 접착층, 치수 안정 보강층이 적층된 다층 구조의 상부 성형물을 형성하는 단계; 상기 상부 성형물에 대하여 초음파 커팅기, 펀칭기, 레이저 기기 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나를 이용하여 절삭 공정을 수행하는 단계; 상기 절삭 공정이 수행된 상부 성형물의 하부에 인서트 사출 성형을 이용하여, 하부 성형물을 형성하면서, 상부 성형물과 일체화 시키는 단계
