Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a cell therapy agent for treating bone diseases manufactured by mixing cells differentiated into osteoblasts derived from umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells with undifferentiated umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells at a specific ratio. More particularly, the present invention provides the cell therapy agent for effectively treating the bone diseases by promoting the regeneration or formation of a bone by promoting angiogenesis by undifferentiated cells by mixing the cells differentiated into osteoblasts with regard to the undifferentiated cells at a ratio of 0.5 to 1.5.
본 발명은 탯줄유래 간엽줄기세포에서 유래된 골세포로 분화된 세포 및 미분화된 탯줄유래 간엽줄기세포를 특정 비율로 혼합하여 제조된 골 질환 치료용 세포 치료제에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 본 발명은 미분화 세포에 대하여 골세포로 분화된 세포를 0.5 내지 1.5 비율로 혼합하여 사용함으로써, 미분화 세포가 혈관형성을 촉진함으로써 골재건 또는 골 형성을 촉진시킴으로써 골 질환을 효과적으로 치료할 수 있는 세포치료제를 제공할 수 있다. |
