Zusammenfassung:	A torsion beam according to the present invention is a torsion beam formed by cold forming from a pipe-shaped base material having a weld line in the longitudinal direction. The present invention comprises: both end units engaged with a trailing arm; a central unit; and a transition unit between the both end units and the central unit. In a cross-sectional shape at the both end units and the central unit, the present invention is located at a point other than a bent point of the cross-sectional shape of the weld line. 본 발명에 따른 토션빔은 길이방향을 따라 용접라인이 있는 파이프 형상의 모재로부터 냉간성형에 의해 형성되는 토션빔으로써, 트레일링암과 결합되는 양단부, 중앙부 및 양단부와 중앙부 사이의 전이부로 구성되고, 양단부와 중앙부의 단면 형상에 있어서, 용접라인이 단면 형상의 절곡된 지점을 제외한 지점에 위치된 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
