Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a system for recycling wastewater generated from palm oil milling activities to be environmentally effective and economically feasible. The system comprises: a heat exchange unit which recovers waste heat from palm oil mill effluents finally discharged from a palm oil milling process; a three-phase separation unit which separates the palm oil mill effluent introduced from the heat exchange unit into sludge, oils, and supernatant liquid; an anaerobic fermentation unit which disintegrates organic wastes contained in the supernatant liquid separated at the three-phase separation unit through a methane fermentation process to produce biogas; a cogeneration unit which utilizes the biogas generated at the anaerobic fermentation unit and the waste heat recovered at the heat exchange unit to generate energy; a solid-liquid separation unit which separates the sludge introduced from the anaerobic fermentation unit into solids and supernatant liquid; and an aerobic fermentation unit which subjects the supernatant liquid separated at the solid-liquid separation unit to an aerobic composting to produce liquid fertilizer. 본 발병은 팜유 가공 공정에서 발생하는 폐수를 친환경적이고 경제적 가치가 있도록 재활용할 수 있는 시스템에 관한 것으로 팜유 가공 공정에서 최종적으로 배출되는 팜유 가공 폐수의 폐열을 회수하는 열교환부, 상기 열교환부로부터 유입된 상기 팜유 가공 폐수를 슬러지, 유분, 여액으로 분리하는 삼상분리부, 상기 삼상분리부에서 분리된 여액에 포함된 유기성 폐기물들을 메탄 발효 과정을 통해 분해하여 바이오 가스를 생산하는 혐기 발효부, 상기 혐기 발효부에서 생산된 바이오 가스 및 상기 열교환부에서 회수된 폐열을 활용하여 에너지를 생산하는 열병합발전부, 상기 혐기 발효부로부터 유입되는 슬러지를 고형물과 여액으로 분리하는 고액분리부, 상기 고액분리부에서 분리된 여액을 호기 부숙화를 통해 액비를 생산하는 호기 발효부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
