Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a photovoltaic device which can be installed on an interlayer wall of a lower part of a handrail because of stably supporting a solar cell in a lower part while simplifying a structure for adjusting a slope of the solar cell. The photovoltaic device allows a holder (10) mounted with a solar cell (100) to be rotatable while being lifted, and maintains a slope adjusting angle of the holder (10) while supporting an arc-shaped rotating frame (30) installed in the holder (10) by an arc-shaped guide frame (50). The photovoltaic device comprises: the holder (10); and a vertical frame (40). 본 발명은 태양전지의 기울기 조절을 위한 구조를 간소화하면서 태양전지를 하부에서 안정되게 받쳐주어서, 난간 하부의 층간 벽면에도 설치 가능한 태양광 발전장치에 관한 것으로서, 태양전지(100)를 장착한 거치대(10)를 상부로 들어올릴 수 있게 하면서 회동 가능하게 하고, 거치대(10)에 설치한 호형 회동 프레임(30)을 호형 가이드 프레임(50)으로 받쳐주면서 거치대(10)의 기울기 조절 각을 유지시킨다.
