Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for producing a composite yarn for bath towels. To this end, a multi-lobal filament having a wedge-shaped wing cross-section is heated and then is bridged along with a polypropylene filament. According to the present invention, the composite yarn is able to easily peel off dead skin when bathing, thereby enabling production of composition yarns for bath towels capable of conveniently applied to infants and elderly people. 본 발명은 쐐기모양 날개단면부를 가지는 이형단면필라멘트를 가연하여 폴리프로필렌필라멘트와 함께 교락하여 목욕타월용 복합사를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서 본 발명에 의해 목욕시 때를 쉽게 벗길 수 있어 영유아나 노약자에게 편리하게 사용될 수 있는 목욕용타월용 복합사를 제공할 수 있다.
