Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an anti-inflammatory composition comprising a microwave extract of Caesalpinia sappan as an effective component. The extract of Caesalpinia sappan shows no microwave-induced cytotoxicity and is prepared by using an aqueous 70% ethanol solution as an extraction solvent, which is guaranteed to be safe, on Caesalpinia sappan conventionally used for food or medicine, and thus causes no concerns associated with adverse side effects and tolerance. In addition, based on the result of an experiment using a murine macrophage cell line, RAW264.7, the extract of Caesalpinia sappan was found to have significantly superior inhibitory effects on LPS-induced formation and expression of inflammatory mediators, compared to an existing solvent extraction method. Thus, the anti-inflammatory composition comprising the Caesalpinia sappan extract as an effective component may be utilized as an anti-inflammatory agent suppressing the inflammation in a disease associated with inflammation, a cosmetic composition having an anti-inflammatory effect, and the like.
본 발명은 소목 극초단파 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 항염 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 소목 추출물은 세포 극초단파 독성이 없고, 기존 식용 또는 약재로 사용되는 소목에 안전성이 인정되는 70% 에탄올 수용액을 추출용매로 사용한 것이어서 부작용이나 내성도 문제되지 아니할 뿐만 아니라, 마우스 유래 대식세포인 RAW264.7 세포를 이용하여 실험한 결과 기존 용매 추출법과 비교하여 LPS에 의한 염증 매개인자들의 생성과 발현의 억제 효과가 현저하게 우수한 것으로 확인되었으므로, 이를 유효성분으로 포함하는 상기 항염 조성물은 염증과 관련된 질병에서 염증을 억제하는 항염증제 및 항염효과가 있는 화장료 조성물 등으로 응용될 수 있다. |
