More specifically, the photosensitive resin composition for an organic insulating film comprises an alkali-soluble resin and a specific unsaturated ethylenic resin, and is excellent in hardenability, pattern developability, and adhesion to a substrate when the photosensitive resin composition for an organic insulating film is applied as an insulating film for hard coating to an overcoat agent and a column space for an LCD color filter, a TFT organic insulating film, a capacitive ITO protective film and insulating film, a flexible display, an organic light emitting device, and an electrophoretic display, etc. 본 발명은 유기 절연막용 감광성 수지 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 알칼리 가용성 수지와 특정 불포화성 에틸렌계 수지를 포함하는 수지 조성물로 구성하여, LCD Color Filter용 오버코트제 및 컬럼스페이스, TFT 유기 절연막, 정전용량방식 ITO보호막 및 절연막, 플렉서블 디스플레이(Flexible display), 유기발광소자(OLED), 전기연동형소자(EPD) 등에 하드코팅용 절연막으로 적용하는 경우 경화도 특성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 패턴 현상성이 우수하면서 기재와의 밀착력이 우수한 유기 절연막용 감광성 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다.
