Zusammenfassung:	One embodiment of the present invention provides a cooling device of a heat radiating unit for a vessel, comprising: a heat radiating unit arranged in a vessel; a clean water circulating unit connected to the heat radiating unit, and including a clean water pump circulating the clean water cooling the heat radiating unit; a heat exchanging unit connected to the clean water circulating unit; a seawater supplying unit connected to the heat exchanging unit, and including a seawater pump supplying the seawater to the heat exchanging unit from the outside of the vessel; and a control portion for controlling operation of the seawater pump in accordance with a temperature difference between the clean water and the seawater. 본 발명에 따른 일 실시 예는, 선박에 배치된 발열 유닛, 상기 발열 유닛에 연결되며, 상기 발열 유닛을 냉각시키는 청수를 순환시키는 청수 펌프를 포함하는 청수 순환 유닛, 상기 청수 순환 유닛에 연결된 열 교환 유닛, 상기 열 교환 유닛에 연결되며, 상기 선박의 외부로부터 해수를 상기 열 교환 유닛에 공급하는 해수 펌프를 포함하는 해수 공급 유닛, 및 상기 청수와 상기 해수의 온도차에 따라 상기 해수 펌프의 동작을 조절하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
