Zusammenfassung:	Embodiments of the present invention provide a technology which provides a first-come-first-served coupon online by using a lock screen of a user terminal of a smartphone or the like. A method for issuing a coupon comprises the steps of: receiving first information on an issued first-come-first-served coupon and second information on a closed first-come-first-served coupon; displaying a lock state when a display is turned on; displaying a first-come-first-served coupon which can be currently issued through an interface in the lock state based on the first information and the second information; and issuing a selected first-come-first-served coupon in response to a selection of the displayed first-come-first-served coupon. 실시예들은 스마트 폰 등 사용자 단말의 잠금 화면을 이용하여 온라인으로 선착순 쿠폰을 제공하는 기술을 제공한다.
