The polyurethane resin diluent and the cleaning agent are not toxic to human body. 본 발명은 폴리우레탄수지의 희석제 및 세척제에 있어서, 1,3-디옥솔란 10~30중량%; 2-피롤리디돈 5~30중량%; 및 프로필렌 글리콜 모노메틸 에테르 아세트산 또는 글리머(glyme) 40~70중량%로 구성된 폴리우레탄수지의 희석제 및 세척제에 관한 것이다.
