Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides an angular contact ball bearing with improved assembly characteristics, an assembling method thereof, and a case for the angular contact ball bearing. The angular contact ball bearing with improved assembly characteristics includes: an outer wheel (110) having a concave outer wheel track surface (111) formed on an inner circumferential surface while being spaced apart from one axial end, and having a counter bore (113) extending in one axial side from the outer wheel track surface (111); an inner wheel (120) having a concave inner wheel track surface (123) formed at an axial center, and having an inner wheel outer circumferential surface (121) extending in an axial direction on both sides of the inner wheel track surface (123); a plurality of balls (140) disposed between the outer wheel (110) and the inner wheel (120) while being spaced from each other in a circumferential direction; and a cage (130) spaced apart in the circumferential direction and having a pocket part (137) accommodated therein with the ball (140) to maintain a distance between the balls (140). Since the outer wheel is not provided with a sill protruding in a radial direction, an assembling process due to thermal expansion is unnecessary, so that it is easy for a user to assemble or separate the bearing to or from a shaft and a housing. In addition, a sill part is formed due to the outer circumferential surface of the inner wheel so that the inner wheel and the ball are prevented from being separated from each other even when the outer wheel is separated, and the bearing is prevented from being damaged by tilting.
본 발명은 축방향 일단으로부터 이격되어 내경면에 오목하게 형성된 외륜궤도면(111)과 상기 외륜궤도면(111)으로부터 축방향 일측으로 연장된 카운터보어(113)로 이루어진 외륜(110)과, 축방향 중앙에 오목하게 형성된 내륜궤도면(123)과 상기 내륜궤도면(123) 양측에 축방향으로 연장된 내륜외경면(121)으로 이루어진 내륜(120)과, 상기 외륜(110)과 내륜(120) 사이에서 복수로 구비되어 원주 방향을 따라 이격 구비되는 볼(140)과, 원주방향으로 이격되며 볼(140)이 삽입되도록 포켓부(137)가 형성되어 볼(140) 사이의 거리가 유지되는 케이지(130)로 이루어지며; 외륜에 반경방향으로 돌출된 턱이 형성되지 않아 열팽창에 의한 조립공정이 불필요하게 되므로 사용자가 축과 하우징에 베어링을 조립하거나 분리할 때 용이하며, 내륜의 외경면으로 인한 턱부가 형성될 수 있어 외륜이 분리되어도 내륜과 볼이 분리되는 것이 방지되고, 틸팅에 의해 베어링이 파손되는 것이 방지되는 조립성이 개선된 앵귤러 컨택트 볼 베어링, 그 조립 방법 및 앵귤러 컨택트 볼 베어링용 케이지를 제공한다. |
