Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for operating a quantum cryptography system which provides a simple post-processing method while ensuring high security. The method for operating a quantum cryptography system comprises the steps of: generating a signal state of a photon; generating a first qubit encoding phase information in a signal state; and generating a second qubit encoding polarization information in the signal state, wherein the first qubit can be used as the base information of the second qubit. 본 발명에 따른 양자암호 시스템의 동작 방법은, 광자의 신호 상태를 생성하는 단계, 상기 신호 상태에 위상 정보를 인코딩하는 제 1 큐빗을 생성하는 단계, 및 상기 신호 상태에 편광 정보를 인코딩하는 제 2 큐빗을 생성하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 제 1 큐빗은 상기 제 2 큐빗의 기저 정보로 활용될 수 있다.
