Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a flexible display device capable of preventing patterns formed on a substrate from being damaged by foreign materials such as particles when processing a chamber cleaning process during a manufacturing process of the display device, and a manufacturing method thereof. The flexible display device doubly deposits a first protective film and a second protective film on one surface of a flexible substrate and can prevent the first protective film under the second protective film and a driving circuit from being damaged by the foreign materials by the uppermost second protective film. The flexible display device comprises: a driving transistor located on the substrate; the first protective film formed on the upper part of the driving transistor; the second protective film formed on the upper part of the first protective film; and an organic light emitting element located on the protective film, and connected to the driving transistor. 표시장치의 제조공정 중에서 챔버 세정공정이 진행될 때 파티클 등과 같은 이물질에 의해 기판 상에 형성된 패턴들의 손상을 방지할 수 있는 플렉서블 표시장치 및 이의 제조방법이 제공된다. 플렉서블 표시장치는, 플렉서블기판의 일면에 제1보호막 및 제2보호막을 이중으로 증착하고, 최상부의 제2보호막에 의해 그 하부의 제1보호막 및 구동회로가 이물질에 의해 손상되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
