The vacuum insulation pipe comprises: an internal pipe for transferring cryogenic fluid; an external pipe arranged at the outer edge of the internal pipe and forming a vacuum layer at the outer edge of the internal pipe; a jacket pipe installed at the outer edge of the external pipe; and an insulation layer filled between the outer surface of the external pipe and the inner surface of the jacket pipe and formed of a foaming resin material. 본 발명은 극저온 유체를 이송하기 위한 내부 배관과, 상기 내부 배관의 외곽에 배치되며 상기 내부 배관의 외곽에 진공층을 형성하는 외부 배관과, 상기 외부 배관의 외곽에 설치되는 자켓 파이프와, 상기 외부 배관의 외면과 자켓 파이프의 내면 사이에 충진되어 형성되는 발포 수지 재질의 단열층을 포함하는 진공 단열 배관, 그 조립체 및 제조 방법을 개시한다.
