An autoloader that increases the stability of plates transferred to the chuck

The present invention relates to an autoloader in which stability of a plate transferred to a chuck is improved. The present invention relates to the autoloader for transferring a workpiece to the chuck of a machine tool for loading. In the present invention, a plurality of plates configured in the autoloader are formed in a plurality of stages, and then, the plurality of plates can slide in the direction that the chuck is positioned by using an actuating unit formed at one side of the plate. Accordingly, the present invention has the plurality of plates stacked in the direction that the chuck of the machine tool is placed. The present invention also relates to the autoloader, which is connected to one side of the plate and includes the actuating unit which sequentially actuates the plurality of plates so as to be slidable, and which can adjust the length of the plate to be transferred to the chuck. 본 발명은 공작물을 공작기계의 척으로 이송하여 로딩하는 오토로더에 관한 것으로써, 상기 오토로더에 구성된 플레이트를 다단으로 다수개 구성한 후, 상기 플레이트의 일 측에 구성된 작동부를 이용하여 다수개의 플레이트를 척이 위치된 방향으로 슬라이딩할 수 있도록 하여 공작기계의 척이 위치된 방향으로 로딩 되는 플레이트를 적층을 이루며 다수개를 구성하였고, 상기 플레이트의 일 측에 연결되되 다수개의 플레이트를 순차적으로 슬라이딩될 수 있도록 작동시키는 작동부로 구성되어 척으로 이송되는 플레이트의 길이조절이 가능한 오토로더에 관한 것이다.
