Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a technical idea for grasping a cause of a defect when defect detection is performed through a bidirectional forwarding detection (BFD) protocol. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a defect classification apparatus comprises: a packet transfer unit setting and transmitting a survival confirmation bit in a BFD protocol control packet; a determination unit determining whether timeout occurs by counting a predetermined time after transmitting the BFD protocol control packet; and a defect cause classification unit classifying whether a defect occurs in a link with an adjacent system or a defect occurs in the adjacent system considering the determined timeout.
본 발명은 BFD(bidirectional forwarding detection) 프로토콜을 통해 결함 감지를 하였을 때 결함의 원인까지도 파악하는 기술적 사상에 관한 것으로서, 일 실시 예에 따른 결함 분류 장치는 BFD 프로토콜 컨트롤 패킷에서 생존 확인 비트를 설정하여 전송하는 패킷 전송부, 상기 BFD 프로토콜 컨트롤 패킷을 전송한 이후 일정시간을 카운팅하여 타임아웃 여부를 판단하는 판단부, 및 상기 판단된 타임아웃을 고려하여, 인접 시스템과의 링크에서 발생한 결함인지, 상기 인접 시스템에서 발생한 결함인지를 분류하는 결함 원인 분류부를 포함할 수 있다. |
