Potential Sensor combining displacement sensor for measuring static electricity and its operating method

The present invention relates to a displacement sensor-combined electrostatic measurement potential sensor, and an operating method thereof. According to the present invention, a displacement sensor for measuring a distance and an electrostatic measurement potential sensor for ESD measurement are mounted on one device, and an operation thereof is linked to solve the inconvenience of an existing electrostatic measurement sensor in which a change in an electrostatic potential measurement result value occurs due to a change in a distance between an electrified body and a potential sensor. Accordingly, the distance from the electrified body measured by the displacement sensor is stored in a main controller to automatically correct a measurement value of the electrostatic quantity of the potential sensor. Also, even a change in the electrostatic capacity affected by the displacement sensor on the potential sensor is applied to an error correction of the measurement result value of the potential sensor, such that a precise potential measurement can be performed while solving a malfunction problem due to detection of the electrified body having a changed distance, such as a moving measurement target object and the like. In addition, a device is miniaturized to be easily used, and manufacturing and installation costs are reduced. 본 발명은 변위센서 복합형 정전기 측정 전위센서 및 그 운용방법에 관한 것으로, 거리를 측정하는 변위센서와 ESD 측정을 위한 정전기 측정 전위센서를 하나의 장치에 탑재하고 작동을 연계함으로써, 대전체와 전위센서의 거리 변화에 따라 정전기 전위 측정 결과값의 변화가 발생하는 기존 정전기 측정센서의 불편함을 해소함에 있어서, 변위센서가 측정한 대전체와의 거리가 메인 콘트롤러에 저장되어 전위센서의 정전기량 측정값을 자동으로 보정하여 주고, 변위센서가 전위센서에 미치는 정전용량의 변화까지 전위센서 측정의 결과값 오차 보정에 적용하여, 움직이는 측정 대상 물체 등 거리가 변경되는 대전체의 감지에 따른 오작동의 문제를 해결하면서 정확한 전위측정이 가능하고, 장치를 소형화 시킴으로써 사용이 편리하며, 제작 및 설치 비용 절감의 효과가 있는, 변위센서 복합형 정전기 측정 전위센서 및 그 운용방법을 포함한다.
