ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE

The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device capable of displaying an image and emitting light according to user′s selection. The organic light emitting display device according to the present invention includes a substrate including a plurality of pixels each including a display layer and a lighting layer which are mutually stacked, a thin film transistor provided on the display layer of the pixel, a first anode electrode provided on the thin film transistor, a first organic light emitting layer provided on the first anode electrode, a first cathode electrode provided on the first organic light emitting layer, a second anode electrode provided on the lighting layer of the pixel, a second organic layer provided on the second anode electrode, and a second cathode electrode provided on the second organic light emitting layer, thereby implementing a lighting mode while maintaining the quality of the image displayed in a display mode. 본 발명은 사용자의 선택에 따라 영상 표시 및 조명 발광이 가능한 유기 발광 표시 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 유기 발광 표시 장치는 서로 적층된 표시층와 조명층을 각각 포함하는 복수의 화소가 구비된 기판, 화소의 표시층에 구비된 박막 트랜지스터, 박막 트랜지스터 상에 구비된 제1애노드 전극, 제1애노드 전극 상에 구비된 제1유기 발광층, 상기 제1유기 발광층 상에 구비된 제1캐소드 전극 및 화소의 조명층에 구비된 제2애노드 전극, 상기 제2애노드 전극 상에 구비된 제2유기 발광층, 제2유기 발광층 상에 구비된 제2캐소드 전극을 포함함으로써, 표시 모드에서 표시되는 영상의 화질은 유지하면서 조명 모드 구현이 가능하다.
