Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing cutting oil remaining on processing chips, and a cutting oil removal method using the same. To this end, the apparatus comprises: an insertion hopper collecting and storing processing chips generated during a process of processing metal or a non-ferrous metal; a hammer crusher crushing the processing chip discharged from the insertion hopper; a circular separator sorting the processing chips provided from the hammer crusher by particle size; a rotary dryer heating the processing chip provided in the circular separator to burn the cutting oil remaining on the processing chip; a combustion furnace for reheating noxious gas discharged from the rotary dryer to burn noxious substances and odor particles contained in the exhaust gas; and a waste heat recovery part recovering waste heat generated in the combustion furnace and circulating the waste heat to the rotary dryer. 본 발명은, 금속 또는 비철금속을 가공하는 공정 중에 발생되는 가공칩을 모아 저장하는 투입호퍼; 상기 투입호퍼르로부터 배출되는 가공칩을 분쇄하는 해머 크러셔; 상기 해머 크러셔에서 제공되는 가공칩을 입자 크기 별로 선별하는 원형선별기; 상기 원형선별기에서 제공되는 가공칩을 가열하여 가공칩에 잔존하는 절삭유를 연소시키는 로터리 드라이어; 상기 로터리 드라이어에서 배출되는 유해가스를 재가열시켜 배출가스에 포함되는 유해물질 및 냄새입자를 연소시키는 연소로; 및 상기 연소로에서 발생되는 폐열을 회수하여 상기 로터리 드라이어로 순환시키는 폐열회수부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
