Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a mat type oil fence apparatus capable of vacuum compression storage, and more specifically, relates to the oil fence apparatus capable of vacuum compression storage while using a mat made of a porous material having high restoring force. According to the present invention, the oil fence apparatus can secure a volume quickly in a compressed state by using the mat of a porous material having high restoring force, and can also effectively reduce the volume during storage through the vacuum compression. 본 발명은 진공 압축 보관이 가능한 매트형 오일펜스 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 상부구조를 복원력이 높은 다공성 물질의 매트를 사용하면서, 진공 압축 보관이 가능한 오일펜스 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 상부구조를 복원력이 높은 다공성 물질의 매트를 사용하여, 압축된 상태에서 빠르게 부피를 확보할 수 있으며, 또한 진공 압축을 통하여 보관시의 부피를 효과적으로 줄일 수 있는 오일펜스 장치를 제공한다.
