METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CLASSIFYING NATURAL LANGUAGE SENTENCE/PARAGRAPH READABILITY IN EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT FOR HRI

An embodiment of the present invention provides a method and a system for extracting characteristics of a sentence/phrase defined through a tree pattern expression based matching technology and a natural language processing method, and measuring/classifying a level and readability of the sentence/phrase by applying a machine learning method and an artificial neural network method based on the extracted characteristics of the sentence/phrase. More specifically, the present invention provides a sentence classification service using sentence characteristics, which extracts the characteristics of the sentence defined based on a sentence classification database, learns the extracted characteristics and classifies a level and readability of a sentence inputted when a new sentence is inputted. A phrase is parsed into sentence units based on a phrase classification database and the characteristics of the defined sentences are coupled to extract the characteristics of the phrase and then the extracted characteristics of the phrase are learned such that the level and the readability of the inputted phrase are able to be classified when a new phrase is inputted. 일 실시예에 따른 트리 패턴 표현식 기반 매칭 기술 및 자연어 처리 기법을 통해 정의된 문장/문단의 특징을 추출하고, 추출된 문장/문단의 특징에 기초하여 기계 학습 기법 및 인공 신경망을 적용하여 문장/문단의 수준 및 가독성을 측정/분류하는 방법 및 시스템이 개시된다. 더욱 상세하게는, 본 발명은 문장 특징을 활용한 문장 가독성 분류 서비스에 있어서, 문장 분류 데이터베이스에 기반하여 정의된 문장의 특징을 추출하여 추출된 특징을 학습한 후, 새로운 문장의 입력시 입력된 문자의 수준 및 가독성을 분류하고, 문단 특징을 활용한 문단 가독성 분류 서비스에 있어서, 문단 분류 데이터 베이스에 기반하여 문단을 문장 단위로 파싱하여 정의된 문장들의 특징을 결합하여 문단의 특징을 추출한 후, 추출된 문단의 특징을 학습함으로써 새로운 문단의 입력시 입력된 문단의 수준 및 가독성을 분류할 수 있다.
