Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to development of a host plant to be used in the production of biodrugs. More specifically, provided is a method for producing biodrugs using plants, to which sugar patterns are adjusted to that of an original protein as much as possible. Moreover, provided is a host plate for producing biodrug. To this end, the method for producing the biodrug using the plant, according to an embodiment of the present invention, includes a step of removing sugar patterns specific to the plant by deleting at least one gene on an enzyme involved in protein sugar chain attachment in plants using a CRISPR gene scissor technique. 본 발명은 바이오의약품 생산시 사용될 기주식물의 개발에 관한 것으로, 당패턴을 최대한 원래 단백질의 패턴으로 맞춘, 식물을 이용한 바이오의약품 생산 방법 및 바이오 의약품 생산을 위한 기주식물을 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 발명의 일 양상에 따라 제공되는 식물을 이용한 바이오의약품 생산 방법은, 식물에서 단백질 당쇄 부착에 관여하는 효소의 유전자를 크리스퍼 유전자가위 기술로 하나 이상 삭제하여 식물특이적인 당패턴을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
