Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a flow-controlled polybutene-1 resin. More particularly, a specific organic peroxide is mixed with a polybutene-1 resin having a typical melt index (MI) of 0.1-500 g/10 min, and extrusion conditions such as temperature and residence time during extrusion are optimized to perform extrusion to control the melt index. By controlling the flowability of the polybutene-1 resin by a simple process, a polybutene-1 resin can be manufactured, which has a specific melt index suited to required physical properties depending on an intended use. 본 발명은 유동 제어된 폴리부텐-1 수지의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 통상의 용융지수(MI, Melt index)가 0.1~500 g/10분인 폴리부텐-1 수지에 특정 유기 과산화물을 혼합하고, 압출 시 온도, 체류시간 등의 압출조건을 최적화하여 압출함으로써 용융지수를 조절할 수 있으며, 간단한 공정에 의해 폴리부텐-1 수지의 유동성을 조절하여 사용용도에 따라 요구 물성조건에 적합한 특정 용융지수를 가지는 폴리부텐-1 수지의 제조가 가능한 유동 제어된 폴리부텐-1 수지의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
