Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an integrated control system to urgently respond to a disaster situation including a chemical hazardous substance and a disaster response method using the same. According to the present invention, in a disaster situation, such as a chemical substance leakage accident occurring in a factory and an institution, such as a research center, and the like, where a chemical hazardous substance is handled, the integrated control system to urgently respond to a disaster situation, including a chemical hazardous substance, safely evacuates persons from a disaster area, prevents secondary diffusion of a leaked chemical substance through fast situation propagation and initial response, and supports fast dispatch of a special chemical substance disaster response team based on machine-to-machine (M2M) and Internet of things (IoT).
