Zusammenfassung: | The objective of the present invention is to provide an apparatus and a method for automatically manufacturing support screws which are construction parts, and a support screw manufactured thereby. Conventional support screws used for building construction are manufactured by rotationally cutting an outer peripheral surface to form screw grooves and punching a pin engaging groove, and thus most processes are carried out by manual work, thereby increasing machining hours and fatigue of workers who are exposed to accidents. An apparatus of the present invention includes a thread cutting device and a pin engaging groove punching device to solve the above problem. All processes of manufacturing the support screws through a cutting process and a punching process, in which a worker attaches or detaches a workpiece to or from a cutter and a puncher, are automated to shorten a manufacturing time of the support screws, reduce a labor through an automatic device, and improve working environment by preventing a worker from being exposed to machines.
본 발명에서는 건축 시공시 사용되는 써포트 나사를 제작하기 위해 기존에는 회전식으로 외측 나사홈을 절삭하고, 핀 결합홈을 펀칭하여 가공시 대부분의 공정이 수작업으로 이루어져 가공시간이 많이 소요되고, 작업자의 피로도가 증가하여 안전사고 등 위험에 노출되는 문제점이 개선하고자, 나사산 절삭장치, 핀 결합홈 펀칭장치로 구성됨으로써, 상기의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 발명에서는 작업자가 써포트 나사를 제조하기 위해 각각의 절삭기와 펀칭기에 수작업으로 탈결합하여 절삭 가공과 펀칭 가공으로 이어지는 일련의 써포트나사 제조공정을 자동화하여 써포트 나사의 제조시간을 단축하고, 자동화 기기를 통해 노동력을 절감하고, 작업자가 기기로부터 위험에 노출되는 것을 방지하여 작업환경을 개선하는 건축부속용 써포트나사 자동화 제조장치 및 제조방법 및 이를 통해 제조된 건축부속용 써포트나사를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. |
