The present invention relates to a method for automatically calculating an intake by an ingredient of drug and health functional food and, more particularly, to a method for automatically calculating an intake by an ingredient of drug and health functional food, capable of automatically calculating the intake by the ingredient of the drug and/or health functional food which a user wants to calculate and determining whether the ingredient is excessive or not according to the intake by the ingredient, thereby enabling the user to easily manage the drug and/or the health functional food.
