According to the present invention, remarkable effects on alleviating and treating the symptoms of atopic dermatitis can be obtained through applying food, a skin external application agent, and a medicine using the composition. 본 발명은 구아바 발효대사체 추출물, 오디 발효대사체 추출물, 잎새버섯 발효대사체 추출물, 초석잠 발효대사체 추출물, 맥강 발효대사체 추출물, 울금 발효대사체 추출물 및 율피 발효대사체 추출물의 혼합을 유효성분으로 함유하는 아토피 피부염 증상 경감용 조성물에 대한 것이다.
