Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method of inspecting a fused joint portion of composite pipes that can nondestructively test a state and defect of the fused joint portion of the composite pipes, such as polyethylene pipes by electromagnetic waves. The method includes the steps of: measuring dimensions of fused joint portions of a plurality of reference composite pipes; measuring reflection coefficients of the fused joint portions by emitting electromagnetic waves onto each fused joint portion; deriving a relationship of dimension-reflection coefficients of the fused joint portion to the dimensions of the fused joint portions and the reflection coefficients of the fused joint portions; measuring reflection coefficients of the fused joint portion of the composite pipe to be tested by emitting electromagnetic waves onto the fused joint portion; and calculating dimensions of the fused joint portion to be tested by applying the reflection coefficient of the fused joint portion to be tested to the relationship of dimension-reflection coefficients of the fused joint portion.
본 발명은, 기존의 초음파 검사의 한계를 극복하여 신속하고 신뢰성 있는 전자기파를 이용한 복합재 배관의 융착 접합부 검사방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 복합재 배관의 융착 접합부 검사방법은 복수의 기준 복합재 배관들의 융착 접합부들의 치수들을 측정하는 단계; 상기 융착 접합부들 각각에 전자기파를 입사 및 반사시켜, 상기 융착 접합부들의 반사계수들을 측정하는 단계; 상기 융착 접합부들의 치수들과 상기 융착 접합부들의 상기 반사계수들에 대한 융착 접합부의 치수-반사계수 상관 관계를 도출하는 단계; 검사대상 복합재 배관의 검사대상 융착 접합부에 상기 전자기파를 입사 및 반사시켜, 상기 검사대상 융착 접합부의 반사계수를 측정하는 단계; 및 상기 검사대상 융착 접합부의 반사계수를 상기 융착 접합부의 치수-반사계수 상관 관계에 적용하여, 상기 검사대상 융착 접합부의 치수를 산출하는 단계;를 포함한다. |
