Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a system and a method for detecting adulteration contained in milk with an automated method based on a phenomenon in which surface tension of the milk is changed in accordance with contents of adulteration such as urea, detergent, or the like in the milk. Moreover, the present invention measures surface tension by an amount of milk collected for a predetermined time with a stalagmometer, and calculates a type and contents of adulteration in a milk sample from a value measured by a controller. 본 개시 내용에서는 본 발명은 우유 내 불순물(예를 들면, 우레아, 세제 등) 함량에 따라 우유의 표면 장력이 변화하는 현상을 기반으로 하되, 적수계를 이용하여 일정 시간 동안 수집된 우유의 량에 의하여 표면 장력을 측정하고, 컨트롤러에 의하여 상기 측정된 값으로부터 우유 샘플 내 불순물의 종류 및 함량을 산출함으로써 자동화된 방식으로 우유 내 불순물을 검출하기 위한 시스템 및 방법이 기재된다.
