Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an antigenic polypeptide, an expression vector, an antibody, and uses thereof for confirming suppression of a hyperacute immune reaction using the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2. According to the present invention, it is possible to analyze the porcine characteristics which control (-/-) iGb3s, which is a factor causing the hyperacute immune reaction and to accurately analyze iGb3s. 본 발명은 서열번호 2의 염기서열을 이용하는, 초급성 면역 반응 억제 확인용 항원성 폴리펩티드, 발현벡터, 항체 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 초급성 면역반응을 유발하는 인자인 iGb3s를 제어(-/-)한 돼지의 특성 분석 및 iGb3s에 대한 정확한 분석이 가능할 수 있다.
