The method for diagnosing a sound source by 3D micro-vibration measurement of an object according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: exciting a body to be vibrated as the sound source is generated; emitting an infrared laser beam toward the surface of the body to be vibrated; showing a pattern on an object to be observed by magnifying the pattern generated by the infrared laser beam reflected by the micro-vibration of the surface of the body to be vibrated; and imagining the pattern generated by the infrared laser beam shown on the object to be observed by using the camera.
