Zusammenfassung: | Proposed are a method and apparatus for diagnosing a sound source by 3D micro-vibration measurement of an object based on an invisible infrared multi-point laser beam and an infrared camera image. The method for diagnosing a sound source by 3D micro-vibration measurement of an object according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: exciting a body to be vibrated as the sound source is generated; emitting an infrared laser beam toward the surface of the body to be vibrated; showing a pattern on an object to be observed by magnifying the pattern generated by the infrared laser beam reflected by the micro-vibration of the surface of the body to be vibrated; and imagining the pattern generated by the infrared laser beam shown on the object to be observed by using the camera. Accordingly, the present invention can easily check a sound by checking 3D micro-vibration movement.
비가시광 적외선 다점 레이저빔과 적외선 카메라 영상기반 물체의 3차원 미세진동 측정에 의한 음원 진단 방법 및 장치가 제시된다. 일 실시예에 따른 물체의 3차원 미세진동 측정에 의한 음원 진단 방법은, 음원이 발생됨에 따라 피진동체가 가진되는 단계; 상기 피진동체의 표면을 향하여 적외선 레이저빔을 조사하는 단계; 상기 피진동체 표면의 미세진동에 의하여 반사된 상기 적외선 레이저빔이 생성해 내는 패턴이 확대되어 피관찰 물체에 나타나는 단계; 및 카메라를 이용하여 상기 피관찰 물체에 나타나는 상기 적외선 레이저빔이 생성해 내는 패턴을 영상화하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다. |
