Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a low dose radiation exposure indicator protein, and more particularly, to the detection of a protein which can be used as a low-dose radiation exposure index and to a detection technology thereof. The low-dose radiation exposure index protein can be used as an index for evaluating the degree of in vivo damage to radiation exposure of radiation work-related workers. In addition, a protein group related to a specific immune response can be used as a low-dose-specific indicator for evaluating the degree of damage of an immune system to radiation exposure during a radiation accident. 본 발명은 저선량 방사선 피폭 지표 단백질에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 저선량 방사선 피폭 지표로 사용할 수 있는 단백질의 검출 및 그 검출하는 기술에 관한 것이다. 상기 저선량 방사선 피폭 지표 단백질은 방사선 작업 관련 종사자의 방사선 피폭에 대한 생체 내 피해 정도를 평가 할 수 있는 지표로 활용가능하다. 또한, 상기 특이면역반응과 관련된 단백질군은 방사선사고 시 방사선 피폭에 대한 면역계의 손상정도를 평가할 수 있는 저선량 특이적 지표로 활용가능하다.
