The vehicle air conditioner with improved performance in a low-temperature region is able to maintain a stable discharge temperature even in a low exterior temperature region while preventing frequent ON/OFF and the lowering of fuel efficiency. The vehicle air conditioner with improved performance in a low-temperature region comprises: an exterior temperature sensor; a plurality of evaporator temperature sensors; and a control portion. 본 발명은 외기온이 낮은 영역에서도 안정적인 토출온도를 유지하면서도 잦은 ON/OFF를 방지할 수 있고, 연비 저하를 방지할 수 있는 저온 영역에서 성능이 개선된 차량용 에어컨디셔너 및 저온 영역에서의 차량용 에어컨디셔너의 제어방법에 관한 것이다.
