Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating obesity containing a Ramulus mori alcohol extract as an active ingredient. By containing, as the active ingredient, the Ramulus mori alcohol extract derived from Ramulus mori as a natural plant, the composition inhibits fat accumulation in adipocytes without adverse effects on a human body, and suppresses differentiation of fat precursor cells into adipocytes, thereby preventing or treating obesity. 본 발명은, 상지() 주정추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는, 비만 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 천연물인 상지로부터 추출된 상지 주정 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하므로, 인체에 부작용 없이 지방세포 내 지방축적을 억제하거나, 지방전구세포가 지방세포로 분화하는 것을 억제하여, 비만을 예방하거나 치료할 수 있다.
