Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a hydrogel and a hydrogel manufactured thereby. The method for manufacturing a hydrogel comprises: a first step of adding a crosslinking agent, itaconic acid, and 1-vinyl-2-pyrrolidinone (VP) to a solvent; a second step of adding a silver precursor to the first step; and a third step of forming a silver nano-particle within a hydrogel by irradiating ultraviolet ray in the second step. The method for manufacturing the hydrogel according to the present invention includes UV polymerization and is able to manufacture a hydrogel with improved antibacterial property. 본 발명은 용매에 가교제, 이타콘산, 및 1-비닐-2-피롤리디논(VP)을 첨가하는 제1단계; 상기 제1단계에 은 전구체를 첨가하는 제2단계; 및 3) 상기 제2단계에 자외선을 조사하여 하이드로겔 내에 은 나노 입자를 형성시키는 제3단계를 포함하는, 하이드로겔의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 하이드로겔에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 하이드로겔의 제조방법은 UV 중합을 포함하여 항균성이 향상된 하이드로겔을 제조하는 효과를 갖는다.
