Vibration damper earthquake sensor system using the same and swichboard having the same

The present invention relates to an earthquake resistant damper system and, specifically, an earthquake resistant damper system including an earthquake sensing function and a switchboard having the same. According to the present invention, the earthquake resistant damper system is connected to a structure and reduces vibration due to earthquake when the earthquake occurs. The earthquake resistant damper system includes: one or more pairs of main frames (110) installed to be parallel with each other; one or more inclined frames (120) wherein both ends of the inclined frame (120) are individually connected to the each pair of main frames (110) to be inclined; and a first earthquake sensor including a light radiating unit (143) radiating light and light receiving units (144) having multiple light receiving sensors (142) collecting the light radiated by the light radiating unit (143).
