Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for producing pitch based on catalyst-decomposed intermediate residue. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing high purity pitch with high carbonization yields and a softening point. According to the present invention, catalyst-decomposed intermediate residue is heated by gradually raising a temperature, and pitch produced by a solvent extraction method is extracted to effectively remove hard oil distillate, thereby remarkably increasing a degree of polymerization for aromatic rings. 본 발명은 중질유 촉매분해 잔사유를 이용하여 피치를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 탄화수율 및 연화점이 높은 고순도 피치의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 중질유 촉매분해 잔사유를 점진적으로 승온시켜 열처리하고 용매추출법을 통해 제조된 피치를 추출함으로서, 경질유분을 효과적으로 제거시켜 방향족 고리에 대한 중합정도가 현저히 증가하는 효과가 있다.
