Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a rotary cathode drum for manufacturing an ultrathin film which precisely processes a surface of a cathode drum in uniform roughness to provide high surface current conduction efficiency and uniform current density to improve quality of a thin copper plate electrodeposited, precipitated, and transferred to the surface of the cathode drum. The rotary cathode drum of a cylindrical shape with an internal space includes a titanium plate, a low melting point insertion material of a eutectic alloy component for transition liquid diffused bonding, and a metal plate sequentially deposited from an upper portion to a lower portion, and comprises: a titanium welding bead to fix a joint portion of the titanium plate; a silver-lead welding bead to fix a joint portion of the metal plate; and a titanium skin layer built up in multiple layers and surface-modified on the entire surface of the titanium plate.
본 발명은 음극드럼의 표면을 균일한 조도로 정밀 가공하여 표면 전류 통전효율이 높고 전류밀도를 균일하게 함으로써 음극 드럼 표면에 전착, 석출, 전사되는 동 박판의 품질을 향상시키도록 한 극 박막 제조용 회전 음극드럼에 관한 것으로서, 내부 공간을 갖는 원통형의 회전 음극드럼에 있어서, 상부에서 하부로 티타늄판, 천이액상 확산접합용 공정합금 성분의 저융점 삽입재, 금속판의 순으로 적층되고, 상기 티타늄판의 이음매 부분을 고정하는 티타늄 용접비드와, 상기 금속판의 이음매 부분을 고정하는 은납재 용접비드와, 상기 티타늄판의 전체 표면에 다층 육성 표면 개질 처리된 티타튬 표피층을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
