Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a method for forming an ultra-high strength pipe component, comprising: a step of charging a pipe into a mold; a step of rapidly heating the pipe by using electrical resistance within the mold; a step of press forming the heated pipe; and a step of rapidly quenching the pipe by supplying cooling water inside the mold. 본 발명은 관재를 금형 내에 장입하는 단계; 상기 금형 내에서 전기저항을 이용하여 상기 관재를 급속 가열하는 단계; 가열된 상기 관재를 프레스 성형하는 단계; 및 상기 금형 내에서 냉각수를 공급하여 상기 관재를 급속 냉각(quenching)하는 단계;를 포함하는 초고강도 관재 부품 성형 방법을 제공한다.
