Zusammenfassung:	A method for manufacturing an antimicrobial fiber according to the present invention comprises a step for treating a fiber with a calcium sintered product in which hydrogen anion (H^-) is adsorbed to calcium carbonate (CaCO_3) or calcium oxide (CaO). The method of the present invention has excellent advantages of being friendly to human body and environment, has excellent antimicrobial performance and antimicrobial persistence, and can remarkably reduce cost of antimicrobial treatment. 본 발명에 따른 항균성 섬유의 제조방법은 탄산칼슘 (CaCO3) 또는 산화칼슘 (CaO)에 수소음이온 (H-)이 흡착된 칼슘 소성물을 섬유에 처리하는 단계;를 포함하며, 인체 및 환경에 매우 친화적이고 항균력 및 항균지속성이 우수하며, 항균처리 비용을 획기적으로 절감할 수 있는 우수한 장점을 갖는다.
