Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a composition for improving wrinkle containing isoscopoletin separated from an artemisia capillaris extract as an active ingredient, which comprises: a step (1) of manufacturing an artemisia capillaris extract by using water, alcohol or a mixed solvent thereof in artemisia capillaris; and a step (2) of manufacturing an artemisia capillaris fraction by fractioning the artemisia capillaris extract of the step (1) with an organic solvent. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of an artemisia capillaris extract having a wrinkle improvement activity or having enhanced wrinkle improvement activity is provided, thereby preventing or improving skin aging and wrinkle while being safe to skin. 본 발명은 인진쑥() 추출물로부터 분리된 이소스코폴레틴(Isoscopoletin)을 유효성분으로 함유하는 주름개선용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, (1) 인진쑥()에 물, 알코올 또는 이들의 혼합용매로 인진쑥 추출물을 제조하는 단계; 및 (2) 상기 (1) 단계의 인진쑥 추출물을 유기용매로 분획하여 인진쑥 분획물을 제조하는 단계; 를 포함한다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 주름개선활성을 갖는 인진쑥 추출물 또는 주름개선활성이 증진된 인진쑥 추출물의 제조방법을 제공함으로써, 피부에 안전하면서도 피부 노화, 주름 등을 예방 또는 개선하는 효과가 있다.
