The polymer can be used as a thickening agent or a stabilizing agent of cosmetics, medicines, and dermatological preparations containing an aqueous phase. The present invention also provides the cosmetics, medicines, and dermatological preparations containing the semi-interpenetrated grid polymer. 본 발명은 적어도 하나의 가교된 음이온 공중합체; 및 적어도 하나의 폴리글리세릴 지방산 에스테르;를 포함하여 구성되는 분말 형태의 새로운 반 상호 침투성 격자형 중합체에 관한 것으로, 상기 중합체를 수상(aqueous phase)을 포함하는 화장품, 약제 또는 피부약제의 점증제 또는 안정화제로써 사용가능하고, 상기 반 상호 침투성 격자형 중합체를 포함하는 화장품, 약제 및 피부약제 조성물을 제공한다.
