| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition, and more particularly to a cosmetic composition including a nanoemulsion containing horse oil or camellia oil, which includes the nanoemulsion including 5 to 20 parts by weight of camellia oil or horse oil, 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of an amphiphilic block polymer, 0.5 to 2 parts by weight of lecithin and 60 to 85 parts by weight of water and has a high skin absorption rate without changing a particle size due to dispersion stability.
